Review:  I got this machine for Christmas to replace a steam driven model. Compared to the steam driven it is much faster and makes much better quality espresso. The milk frother is also fast and easy to use. Overall it is a good entry level espresso maker.

Strengths:  Pump is quick and powerful, Fast Warm up and delivery. Easy to set-up and use, Steamer quickly froths and heats milk. Easy clean-up
Weaknesses:  Steamer arm is too close to unit and needs to be further out. Tamper is in awkward position and is hard to use correctly
Review:  The unit is well made and the pump unit is quick and works well. The steamer heats the milk quickly. This is a good manual espresso machine for the price but has some drawbacks which can be worked around, all and all it is worth the money.

Review:  I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A WHITE ONE BUT IT WASN'T AVAILABLE. EVENTHOU THERE IS A MESH FILTER, I USE A PAPER FILTER TO LESSEN THE SEDIMENT AT THE BOTTOME OF THE CUP. ALSO I WAS USE TO POURING WATER DIRECTLY INTO THE RESERVOIR WHICH HAD IT'S OWN WATER MARK INDICATER INSTEAD OF FIRST POURING INTO THE CARAFE. I PREVIOUSLY OWNED A KRUPS 4-CUP WHICH I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T MAKE ANYMORE.
